1. Service Agreement

By booking Desert Glow Cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Access to Property

Customer Responsibility:

• Customer agrees to provide safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled date.

• All areas to be cleaned must be accessible without obstruction.

• Customer must secure pets and notify us of any safety concerns prior to service.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Accepted Methods:

• Cash

• Credit/Debit Card

• Zelle

Late Payments: Late fees may apply after extended periods of non-payment.

4. Weather Policy

Rain Policy:

• We do not work in lightning or severe storms for safety reasons.

• Light rain does not affect window cleaning quality (rain is pure water; dust and minerals cause spots).

• If we must reschedule due to weather, we will contact you immediately to arrange a new date.

5. Liability & Damage

Pre-Existing Damage:

Desert Glow is not responsible for pre-existing damage including but not limited to:

• Scratched glass

• Loose solar panels

• Broken blinds or fixtures

• Deteriorated seals or frames

Documentation:

We will document any pre-existing damage found during service. Photos may be taken for record-keeping purposes.

Insurance:

Desert Glow is fully insured for your protection. Claims must be reported promptly after service.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations:

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Company Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or emergency.

7. Service Guarantee

We guarantee streak-free results and complete customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with our work, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Warranty Compliance

Our solar panel cleaning methods comply with manufacturer guidelines and will not void your warranty. We use soft brushes and de-ionized water only.
